Recognizing exceptional individual leadership.

This award celebrates an individual who demonstrates outstanding leadership in embedding social purpose within their corporation.

  • Eligibility:

    •  Open to leaders in Canadian businesses (any size, any industry, any role).

  • What we're looking for:

    • Demonstrated impact in advancing purpose within their organization
    • Innovation in approach to purpose-led work
    • Leadership that influences beyond their immediate role
    • Authentic commitment to using business as a force for good

  • Recognition:

    • 1 Winner + up to 4 Finalists

Most Innovative Impact Partnership

Honouring collaborative efforts that create real change.

This award recognizes partnerships that creatively address social or environmental challenges with tangible, measurable impact.

  • Eligibility:

    •  Open to partnerships involving businesses and/or charities with operations in Canada.

  • What we're looking for:

    • Innovative approach to partnership structure or execution
    • Demonstrated social or environmental impact
    • Effective collaboration between partners
    • Scalability or replicability of the partnership model

  • Recognition:

    • 1 Winner + up to 4 Finalists

Outstanding Social Purpose Company

Celebrating businesses that integrate purpose into everything they do.

This award honours companies that fully integrate social purpose into their governance, operations, and stakeholder relationships. Winners are recognized across three size categories

  • Eligibility:

    Open to businesses operating in Canada, categorized by annual revenue:

    • Small: Up to $10M revenue
    • Medium: $10M–$100M revenue
    • Large: $100M+ revenue

  • What we're looking for:

    • Purpose embedded in governance and decision-making
    • Purpose integrated across operations and culture
    • Measurable social or environmental impact
    • Authentic stakeholder engagement
    • Leadership in the purpose economy

  • Recognition:

    • 3 Winners (one per size category) + up to 12 Finalists (up to 4 per size)
