Meet our Leadership Team

Brad Offman

Chief Executive Officer

Brad Offman is the Founder & CEO of Greater Purpose. He has spent his career in both the business and charitable sectors, launching Spire Philanthropy, co-founding the Partnership Conference and Social Impact Professionals Canada, and holding senior roles at Mackenzie Investments and the Toronto Foundation.

When he’s not immersed in the purpose economy, Brad is a baseball-loving road tripper, always on the hunt for the next ballpark visit. He’s also a proud dad to five kids, which means life is rarely quiet but always meaningful. Brad earned an MBA and MA from the University of Toronto and an Honours BA from McGill University, and holds the Master Financial Advisor in Philanthropy designation.
