Aline Nizigama is the National CEO of YWCA Canada, the country's oldest and largest organization advancing gender equity. For 150 years, YWCA Canada has led work on affordable housing, childcare, workplace equity, youth leadership, and eliminating gender-based violence, including online and technology-facilitated violence.

Aline is a dynamic, multilingual leader with extensive experience serving equity-deserving communities. She holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor's in Health Policy from York University, and an executive certificate from Yale University in Fostering Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. In 2024, she received the Governor General's King Charles III Coronation Medal for her work in diversity and inclusion.
