Claire Elizabeth Williams is a social impact entrepreneur and systems thinker dedicated to amplifying purpose-driven leadership. As Chief Purpose Officer at Greater Purpose, she co-leads a vibrant community for social purpose professionals, fostering deep connection and meaningful visibility. Claire is the co-founder of Foundations for Social Change, where she led the New Leaf Project, North America’s first direct-giving pilot. She is also the co-founder of Laylio, a platform that helps people transform layoffs into opportunities for growth. Passionate about helping leaders align their inner compass with their outer impact, Claire believes that inner growth fuels global change. A mindfulness practitioner based on Canada’s west coast, she finds inspiration hiking, sailing, and sharing good food with the people she loves.
