Coro Strandberg, Chair and Co-founder of the Canadian Purpose Economy Project and President of Strandberg Consulting, is a social purpose and sustainability / ESG strategist and thought leader. She has contributed to the social purpose and sustainability field for more than 35 years. She works with boards, businesses, governments, and industry associations to create strategies that solve societal challenges and advance a sustainable future.

Coro has a tri-sector background in business, government and non-profit leadership. She has 25 years of experience as a Corporate Director and is a faculty member with Governance Professionals of Canada and The Directors College, training governance professionals and directors on purpose and sustainability governance. She serves on sustainability advisory committees for the Canadian Standards Association and the Office of the Auditor General.

Coro was named the top sustainability consultant by the Clean50 in 2015. In 2024 she received the Joyce Borden-Reed Award from Governance Professionals of Canada.
