Ingrid Broussillon is an award-winning entrepreneur, workshop facilitator, and storyteller from Guadeloupe in the Caribbean. She is the founder of The WoW Culture and Griottes Polyglottes Society, two organizations using improvisation, storytelling, and play to build confidence, inclusion, and connection in workplaces and communities.

Known for her creativity and resourcefulness, Ingrid designs interactive workshops that transform complex topics like communication, bias, confidence and even DEI into engaging and memorable experiences.
