In her role of Vice President, Operations & Impact at RBC, Jennifer manages the success, growth and measurement of RBC’s global citizenship efforts, including ensuring RBC meets its community investment commitments totaling over $185 million annually across a network of over 3000 community partners. Jennifer also leads employee impact programing to mobilize RBC’s over 100,000 employees globally to engage in their local communities and help drive an exceptional employee experience. In addition, Jennifer acts as the chief operating officer for RBC Foundation.
