"My greater purpose is to advocate for the underestimated—to build access, equity, and real opportunity for those long shut out. I don’t chase legacy. I fight for breakthrough. Through businesses like T1, SponsorshipX, and initiatives like the Black Talent Initiative and Park Street Education, I’m rewriting the rules. This isn’t charity. It’s community-building as a weapon."

I aim to advocate for the underestimated, especially those systemically overlooked, silenced, or shut out. I channel that purpose into a relentless fight against anti-Black racism and a daily commitment to building access, equity, and real opportunity.

I do this by helping people find their voice and ensuring  they are heard

I’ve built a collective of businesses—SponsorshipX, T1, Sidekick, Humanity—to create platforms, open doors, and knock a few down when necessary. We’re rewriting the rules for Black professionals through the Black Talent Initiative. Through Park Street Education, we’re proving that access to learning shouldn’t be a privilege but a right.

This isn’t charity. It’s not PR. It’s community-building as a weapon.

I’m not here to play it safe or chase legacy. I’m here to provoke. To partner. To push. I don’t do any of this alone. I’m powered by collaborators, volunteers, clients, and believers who share my vision and hold me accountable. Together, we build systems that serve, not exclude. We create spaces where underestimated people don’t just participate, they lead.

I come from freedom-seekers—Black ancestors who arrived in Canada via the Underground Railroad. They didn’t ask for permission, and neither do I. Their story isn’t just in my past. It’s the fuel in my tank.

I’m not interested in incremental change. I’m here for the breakthrough.
