Mike is a Partner and CEO of Junxion Strategy, an award-winning, international impact advisory firm. He's a respected strategist who advises organizations at the intersection of business, community and sustainability. He supports boards and C-suite leaders in organizations around the world to embrace and embed purpose, craft and implement distinctive strategies, and accelerate his clients' transition to become exemplars of the wellbeing economy.

Along with leading Junxion, Mike co-founded the Canadian Purpose Economy Project, which aims to increase the uptake of social purpose in business across the country. He also convenes the annual Social Venture Institute, a celebrated gathering of social entrepreneurs that has been running for over three decades. He served for five years as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at RADIUS Ventures, an impact venture accelerator and incubator at Simon Fraser University. He is an Ambassador for both B Corp and the Inner Development Goals.
