Meet Our Leadership Team

The people building Canada's purpose-led business community.

Brad Offman

Chief Executive Officer

Brad Offman is the Founder & CEO of Greater Purpose. He has spent his career in both the business and charitable sectors, launching Spire Philanthropy, co-founding the Partnership Conference and Social Impact Professionals Canada, and holding senior roles at Mackenzie Investments and the Toronto Foundation.

When he's not immersed in the purpose economy, Brad is a baseball-loving road tripper, always on the hunt for the next ballpark visit. He's also a proud dad to five kids, which means life is rarely quiet but always meaningful.

Brad earned an MBA and MA from the University of Toronto and an Honours BA from McGill University, and holds the Master Financial Advisor in Philanthropy designation.

Claire Williams

Chief Purpose Officer

Claire Elizabeth Williams is a social impact entrepreneur and systems thinker who believes that inner growth creates the foundation for meaningful outer impact. As Chief Purpose Officer at Greater Purpose, she works with leaders committed to building a purpose-driven future for business.

Claire co-founded Foundations for Social Change and led the New Leaf Project—North America's first direct-giving pilot, internationally recognized for its groundbreaking approach. She's also Co-Founder of Laylio, a purpose-led business that helps people navigate layoffs with clarity and compassion. Claire is deepening her practice with the Inner Development Goals and integrating these capacities into the work she leads at Greater Purpose and her keynotes.

Based on the west coast, Claire finds joy in hiking, sailing, and sharing good food with the people who matter most.
