As Vice President, Public Affairs, Communications and Marketing at Coast Capital, Roanne has spent nearly two decades building brand differentiation while scaling impact-led strategies within a complex, highly regulated sector. Roanne played a central role in achieving Coast Capital’s B Corporation certification, using it as a catalyst for accountability, transparency, and long‑term value creation. She has also led enterprise equity, diversity and inclusion strategies, and delivered award‑winning marketing and communications initiatives that help organizations strengthen brand relevance, navigate transformation, and mobilize stakeholders.
