Scot Sustad is a 5x startup co-founder and the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Bureau, where he helps lead the development of modular spaces designed to support focus, collaboration, and modern work. Bureau was formed through the merger of Inbox Booths and Bureau Booths and is rapidly expanding globally.

Over the past two decades, Scot has built and scaled companies across lawn-care, digital

marketing, recruitment, eCommerce, and manufacturing, including ventures such as Digital Hot Sauce.

He is also the Co-Founder and Community Lead of Brands for Better, a nonprofit that

connects entrepreneurs and community leaders to drive positive local impact.
