Laura Vaughan

Laura Vaughan is a Forum Chair and Ontario Regional Director with MacKay CEO Forums, where she helps populate the world with inspiring leaders through confidential peer learning. She works with CEOs and senior executives across Canada to build purpose-driven organizations and navigate complex challenges—ranging from organizational structure and leadership development to culture, economic uncertainty, and employee wellbeing. Laura is known for creating spaces where leaders grow through shared experience and meaningful connection.
