Oksana Chikina

Based in Toronto, Oksana is a Partner in EY’s Sustainability Advisory Practice, bringing over 20 years of global experience across North America, Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe. She specializes in the design, implementation, and impact measurement of large-scale transformation initiatives that leverage behaviour change approaches. Over the past decade, Oksana has focused on helping clients in both the private and public sectors integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into their business strategies and risk management frameworks. Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches that enable organizations to measure and track performance outcomes and communicate results publicly in an authentic way. She was EY lead on the Conservation Impact Bond project and is a co-author of the Thought Leadership paper, alongside the other panelists.
